> Ody is the AI-native business phone system: a shared team inbox for calls, texts, voicemail, contacts, and tasks, backed by a 24/7 AI receptionist that can also be driven programmatically. Plans start at $19/user/month with a 7-day free trial on every tier — every plan includes one phone number per user, US & Canada calling and texting, the AI agent, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for ChatGPT/Claude/Cursor. Ody is billed per user with a 12-month commitment, no per-minute surprises, and free number porting.

## Developer platform — api.ody.co

Ody exposes its product surface as a public REST API and an MCP server on the same base URL. Keys are minted in **Settings → Developer API** inside the workspace (`https://app.ody.co`). Every key acts as the member who created it — scopes only narrow that access, they never escalate. Keys are workspace-bound; there is no cross-workspace access.
