Contact import/sync
Pulls the workspace's existing contacts into Ody automatically, and keeps importing on a schedule.
Create contact
Create a Copper person from a caller (name, email, phone).

Paste your API key
Grab a key from Copper's settings and paste it into Ody's Connect window. The form tells you exactly where to look.
Pick your options if needed
Most connections need nothing else. When they do (a channel, an audience, a board) the options appear right after you connect.
It runs on its own
Imports stay on a schedule. Tickets, tasks, logs, and alerts fire when the call ends. Astra can use Copper on a live call, too.

Import Copper people as Ody contacts so the inbox and Astra already know who's on the line.
Every call leaves a trace
Completed calls and notes write back to Copper, on the right person, so the CRM is the system of record for the phone too.

A first-time caller doesn't wait on a human to open Copper. Astra can add the person while she's still on the call.

Ody never sees your Copper password. You paste an API key into a secure form. Credentials live in an encrypted connection store; Astra and the rest of the product never read them. Disconnect anytime and access is revoked immediately.
