Create ticket
Open a Zendesk ticket from a missed call or voicemail. The caller is matched or created as the requester by email or phone.

Imports stay on a schedule. Tickets, tasks, logs, and alerts fire when the call ends. Astra can use Zendesk on a live call, too.

A voicemail or missed call opens a Zendesk ticket or conversation with the transcript attached. Nothing sits in a personal inbox.

Your AI receptionist can open the ticket during or after the call, so the queue moves even when the team is with another customer.
