Two things Ody can do in Insightly.
Contact import/sync
Pulls the workspace's existing contacts into Ody automatically, and keeps importing on a schedule.
Create contact
Create an Insightly contact from a caller (name, email, phone).
Up and running in under two minutes.
Paste your API key
Grab a key from Insightly's settings and paste it into Ody's Connect window. The form tells you exactly where to look.
Pick your options if needed
Most connections need nothing else. When they do (a channel, an audience, a board) the options appear right after you connect.
It runs on its own
Imports stay on a schedule. Tickets, tasks, logs, and alerts fire when the call ends. Astra can use Insightly on a live call, too.
Why it matters
The phone stops being someone's job.
Callers show up by name
Import Insightly people as Ody contacts so the inbox and Astra already know who's on the line.
Every call leaves a trace
Completed calls and notes write back to Insightly, on the right person, so the CRM is the system of record for the phone too.
Astra can create the record
A first-time caller doesn't wait on a human to open Insightly. Astra can add the person while she's still on the call.
