Contact import/sync
Pulls the workspace's existing contacts into Ody automatically, and keeps importing on a schedule.
Create contact
Create an Insightly contact from a caller (name, email, phone).

Grab a key from Insightly's settings and paste it into Ody's Connect window. The form tells you exactly where to look.
Pick your options if needed

It runs on its own
Imports stay on a schedule. Tickets, tasks, logs, and alerts fire when the call ends. Astra can use Insightly on a live call, too.

A first-time caller doesn't wait on a human to open Insightly. Astra can add the person while she's still on the call.

Ody never sees your Insightly password. You paste an API key into a secure form. Credentials live in an encrypted connection store; Astra and the rest of the product never read them. Disconnect anytime and access is revoked immediately.
