The forward target owns the no-answer.

If the phone you forwarded to doesn’t pick up, the caller gets that phone’s voicemail, not a confusing second greeting. Turn forwarding off and calls ring your team in the app again, with Ody voicemail as the backstop.

How to set it up.

Open Settings, then Numbers, and pick the line to forward.

Choose Forwarding, toggle it on, and enter the destination number.

Save. Every inbound call now rings the destination instead.

Toggle it off anytime. The saved destination stays for next time.

Do forwarded calls show up in my call log?

Yes. Every forwarded call appears in your Calls tab tagged with the number it was forwarded to, alongside your normal answered and missed calls.
