Open a Crisp conversation on the chosen website from a missed call or voicemail. Caller identity is set in the conversation meta, transcript as the first message.

Choose which Crisp website receives conversations from missed calls and voicemails.
It runs on its own
Imports stay on a schedule. Tickets, tasks, logs, and alerts fire when the call ends. Astra can use Crisp on a live call, too.

A voicemail or missed call opens a Crisp ticket or conversation with the transcript attached. Nothing sits in a personal inbox.
The caller is already a customer
Import Crisp contacts so the requester is matched by email or phone, or created if they're new.
Astra can file it
Your AI receptionist can open the ticket during or after the call, so the queue moves even when the team is with another customer.
