Pulls the workspace's existing contacts into Ody automatically, and keeps importing on a schedule.
Create conversation
Create an inbound contact-form conversation from a missed call or voicemail. The requester is matched or created by email or phone, transcript as the message.

Paste your API key
Grab a key from Dixa's settings and paste it into Ody's Connect window. The form tells you exactly where to look.
Pick your options if needed
Most connections need nothing else. When they do (a channel, an audience, a board) the options appear right after you connect.
It runs on its own
Imports stay on a schedule. Tickets, tasks, logs, and alerts fire when the call ends. Astra can use Dixa on a live call, too.

Missed calls become tickets
A voicemail or missed call opens a Dixa ticket or conversation with the transcript attached. Nothing sits in a personal inbox.
The caller is already a customer
Import Dixa contacts so the requester is matched by email or phone, or created if they're new.
Astra can file it
Your AI receptionist can open the ticket during or after the call, so the queue moves even when the team is with another customer.
