Most connections need nothing else. When they do (a channel, an audience, a board) the options appear right after you connect.

Imports stay on a schedule. Tickets, tasks, logs, and alerts fire when the call ends. Astra can use Gorgias on a live call, too.

A voicemail or missed call opens a Gorgias ticket or conversation with the transcript attached. Nothing sits in a personal inbox.
The caller is already a customer

Your AI receptionist can open the ticket during or after the call, so the queue moves even when the team is with another customer.
